  • State the importance for food allergen awareness training for food handlers
  • Explain why validation and verification are important to management of food allergen

How is this allergen management qualification assessed?
Although there is no formal examination for this qualification, all delegates will be assessed by completing a standardised HABC workbook which will be marked by a member of STS Solutions.
