Today the Food Standards Agency (FSA) has published new listeriosis guidelines, which will be applicable to all healthcare and social care organisations. We also helped draft the new guidelines on behalf of the FSA and undertook the research project on which they are based, so are best placed to advise you on any and all questions you might have.
These new listeriosis guidelines are aimed at reducing the risk of vulnerable groups contracting listeriosis. The new listeriosis guidelines are co-badged with the Hospital Caterers Association (HCA) and National Association of Care Caterers (NACC) and are applicable to all healthcare and social care organisations, including:
